If you book a fill and come in with less, there will be an up-charge or a new full set. • Please arrive with a clean face, free of any makeup or mascara residue. Please book accordingly. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• Cancel/reschedule 24+ hrs before.
• Within 24 hrs: 50% fee.
• Deposit may transfer if rescheduled.
• Failed payments may result in ban list.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
• Charged 100%.
• Future bookings require full prepay; nonpayment may lead to ban list.
LATE POLICY
• $10 fee after 10 min.
• Cancel after 15 min late.
FEES
• All fees are non-refundable.
